WEDDING FLORAL SERVICES

At Prairie & Pine Floral Design, we offer a flexible À La Carte Wedding Menu designed for local couples seeking beautiful, seasonal florals without the commitment of large-scale installations. This option is ideal for intimate weddings, elopements, and celebrations where simplicity and thoughtful design are key.

Choose from individually priced floral items to create a collection that suits your day.

• All designs are designer’s choice using seasonal blooms within your selected colour palette
• Minor customizations are available upon request and may be subject to an additional surcharge
• Pricing may vary based on flower availability, design complexity, and seasonality

This offering is best suited for:

• Personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages)
• Small ceremony arrangements
• Simple reception florals

• Includes a 30-minute design consultation
• Additional consultation time is billed at $50/hour

Payment Structure:

• Orders under $500 require full payment at the time of booking
• Orders over $500 require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date
• Remaining balance is due no later than the day before the event

For weddings requiring a broader floral scope (generally more than six individual floral items), a formal consultation and custom proposal are required.

• A $750 minimum floral investment applies to these custom local orders
• Delivery, setup, and staffing requirements are assessed based on event scale and location

For weddings taking place outside our local service area, additional planning, travel time, and logistics are required.

• A minimum floral investment starting at $2,500 applies for delivery, setup, or on-site floral installation
• Travel and service fees are quoted separately based on distance and timing
• Pickup-only orders (such as personal flowers) are welcome to be collected from our Okotoks studio
• Delivery and on-site service are not available for small or personal-flower-only destination orders
• Additional staffing and/or overnight accommodations may be required depending on event scope

All destination proposals are custom and prepared once venue policies and logistics are confirmed.

Our event cancellation policy applies to all wedding orders:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the event
• Partial refund may be available for cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to the event

Refunds exclude any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
