POLICIES

We reserve the right to substitute product of equal value and colour to achieve the same look as requested upon order.

All sales are final. Should there be any concerns with your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt. All product must be returned in the manner it was received. Order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more depending on the order value.

All private workshops/events require a 30% deposit to hold your date. This deposit will be applied towards the final balance. A signed contract is required to book for any events over $1000. Final balance is due the day before the event.

EVENTS - Full refund will be provided for events cancelled with a minimum of 30-days notice. Partial refund for cancellations made with a minimum of 3 weeks notice.

ORDERS - 30%(+) restocking fee will be applied to confirmed orders that are cancelled with less than 48hrs notice

SUBSCRIPTIONS - Subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum [3-month] commitment. Early cancellations are permitted; however, the final month's invoice will be adjusted to reflect the regular one-time bouquet rate ($67+GST). Pause or delivery adjustments can be accommodated when possible - please reach out in advance.
