POLICIES

 As fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, specific flower varieties cannot always be guaranteed. Prairie & Pine Floral Design reserves the right to substitute flowers, greenery or other materials with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the requested colour palette, overall style and value of the order as closely as possible. 

 Fresh flowers are a perishable product and each variety has its own natural vase life. Longevity will also vary depending on the environment and care the flowers receive once they leave the studio.

Care instructions are provided with each order to help maximize vase life. While every effort is made to provide fresh, quality flowers, the lifespan of individual stems cannot be guaranteed.

If there is a concern with the condition or quality of your flowers upon receipt, please contact Prairie & Pine Floral Design within 24 hours and provide photos so the issue can be assessed.

 All floral sales are final. Fresh flowers are a perishable product, and individual stem life will vary depending on variety, environment and aftercare. Care instructions are provided with each order to help maximize vase life; however, the lifespan of individual flowers cannot be guaranteed.

Quality concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, Prairie & Pine Floral Design may, at its discretion, offer replacement flowers, a replacement arrangement, a partial or full refund, or another suitable resolution.

  A deposit is required to secure all private workshop and event bookings. Your date is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.

Final guest counts and remaining balances are due according to the terms provided at booking. Once flowers, supplies or other materials have been purchased for an event, associated costs are non-refundable.

For larger events requiring a contract, the cancellation and payment terms outlined in the signed agreement will apply.

EVENTS -  Cancellation terms vary depending on the size and nature of the event and how much notice is provided. Deposits, flowers, supplies, rentals and other materials already purchased or committed to on behalf of the client may be non-refundable.

Any cancellation terms provided on your invoice, booking confirmation or signed contract will take precedence.

ORDERS -  Orders are prepared and flowers are often purchased specifically for each client's request. Cancellations made after flowers or materials have been ordered may be subject to a 30% or greater cancellation/restocking fee, depending on the order value and costs already incurred.

Orders that have already been designed or prepared are non-refundable.

SUBSCRIPTIONS - Subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum [3-month] commitment. Early cancellations are permitted; however, the final month's invoice will be adjusted to reflect the regular one-time bouquet rate ($67+GST). Pause or delivery adjustments can be accommodated when possible - please reach out in advance.
