Policies

We reserve the right to substitute product of equal value and colour to achieve the same look as requested upon order.

All sales are final. Should there be any concerns with your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt. All product must be returned in the manner it was received.

All private workshops/events require a 10% deposit to hold your date. This deposit will be applied towards the final balance. A signed contract is required to book for any events over $1000. Final balance is due by 12PM day of event.

Full refund will be provided for events cancelled with a minimum of 30-days notice. Partial refund for cancellations made with a minimum of 3 weeks notice.
